Getting started. Everything you need, in one handy place. How to create your account. Once on the homepage, you can access the main menu. Select the burger bun in the top left corner. In the menu you will be able to see how many days are left in the current campaign and all of your Avon On options. Placing an order. To place an order, select 'Place an order' from the menu bar. You can also track the status of existing orders you have placed. You will receive notifications to keep you updated with the progress of your orders. Input the product code for each item you wish to order and follow the prompts to complete your order. You may have a need to return an item. Click on the returns option in the menu and follow the prompts.
The Social Media Hub is a simple way for you to share social updates with your customers on the go. Share the Digital Brochure direct with your customers and they can see they're shopping with you. You can create your own personalized posts and add in hashtags, shop links and images to engage your customers. Choose from a selection of pre-made social posts which you can also edit and add links before sharing. To view the Digital Brochures, from the menu, select Digital Brochure. To instantly share the Digital Brochure, select which brochure you wish to share, and then tap the share icon. Select which way you wish to share the brochure E.g. text, Whatsapp, Messenger etc. elect the names you wish to share with.
Add a personal message to make the link bespoke to each customer. Your customer will see they're shopping with you. You can also share mid-campaign offers from Avon On too. The more you share, the more orders you'll attract! Avon On will also notify you when your order is ready. From the menu, you can also check if you have any pending orders, your order history and your dashboard. To opt in or out of Rep delivery, tap on 'Brochure settings' and turn this option on or off. Add your email address to be notified direct when new orders are received. Profile information. Select My Profile Information in the menu. You can view your account and profile information with the option to edit some of these details. You can also make payments from Avon On. Select 'Make a Payment', input the amount you are paying and follow the links to payment options.
In Rep Essentials you can access Avon Rewards and the latest incentives and highlights, so you'll never miss out! On the homepage, scroll down to see your Avon Rewards level. Tap the arrow to find out which Star you've reached so far. Click on 'View Reward Benefits' to see all the benefits you're achieving. View your star level and your benefits. Swipe across to see the other levels and benefits available, depending on how much you sell each quarter. Notifications. To keep up to date with all the latest notifications from Avon, you will see notification alerts on the Avon On home page, or you can also access it from the menu bar.
Avon Office only appears as an option in the main menu if you are a Sales Leader. Having access to Avon Office via Avon On allows you to manage your team on the go. Click on Avon Office to access your business tools. You will have access to check your estimated earnings on personal and network sales each campaign, as well as your bonus. You can also gain access to Avon Grow to manage your recruitment, Avon Social, as well as Avon Connect. You will also receive alerts as to which Reps in your team are at risk of not placing an order this campaign so that you have the opportunity to connect with them.
